Little Daydream
Daydream. An escape from a reality that we don’t want to live, even if just for a second. Daydream does not have to be a fantasy that emphasises on the things we want to have, but instead a break from our struggles in order to have a peace of mind. Often times life does not grant the satisfaction that we crave in order to be happy. Life often bounds us and stresses the struggles. For awhile, just for a little while, we gave in to the temptation to think about something that instead brings us a rest well required; even if that something is something. We live in a world so competitive and fast-paced we often forget to take break. What makes us would break us. Men in the world have an innate need to provide for others, but what if we could not provide our heart and soul something that feeds us the energy to continue living. The human mind, though almost perfect with its limitless imagination and creativity, is limited in its capability to comprehend and solve problems due to the limited strain it can handle. Hence, a daydream provides the outlet for the brain to maybe slow down the process in itself. Many say that death is like a long rest; well-deserved at the end of the day. But i beg to argue that death serves more like a permanent daydream. Just that daydream for us, was in the first place, no more heartbreak. Just a silence that we achieved after a long life of noise.
